From receipt of your order your product will usually arrive within 10 business days within the UK, however this may take longer at busier periods. We estimate up to 20 business days for international shipping. Whilst we always do our best to meet deadlines there are rare occasions where circumstances beyond our control may prevent this and so deadlines cannot be guaranteed.
We do hope you love your order but totally understand that sometimes you need to return an item.
Please return your item within 14-days of receipt for a full refund. Please note refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt to the original payment method.
If you return an item between 15-30 days of receipt we will issue you with a gift voucher for the value of your item.
Returns received after the 30 day window will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your cost.
Unfortunately as a small indie biz we are unable to offer a free returns policy. It will be your responsibility to cover the costs of return postage. Please ensure you gain proof of postage as the return will be your responsiblity until it is received by us.
When returning an item please remember the below:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition with no signs of wear/use
- The orginal tags and labels must still be attached
- Any soiled items will not be eligable for a return/refund
- Please complete the returns slip enclosed so we understand the reason for your return. Return address is included on this slip
- We are an Eco-Friendly company so please re-use our original postage bags where possible
